PILOT STUDENT VISA

Starting on 20 October 2025, the Ministry of Migration introduced a dedicated Pilot Student Visa Scheme for approved flight training organisations, including Dento Training Flight Academy. The scheme helps international students obtain the necessary immigration permission to study professional pilot training programmes in Cyprus.

Students can apply for a Pilot Student Visa only when they enrol in a pilot training programme approved by the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) in the Republic of Cyprus. Approved training organisations deliver courses that meet the required aviation standards and provide internationally recognised pilot qualifications.

To qualify for the scheme, students must enrol in a pilot training programme with a duration of more than four months. The authorities do not accept visa applications for shorter aviation courses or training programmes that fall below this minimum duration.

The Pilot Student Visa allows aspiring pilots from around the world to live and study in Cyprus while completing their flight training. Cyprus offers excellent flying weather, modern aviation facilities, and a strategic European location, making it one of the most attractive destinations for pilot training.

At Dento Training Flight Academy, we guide students through every stage of the enrolment and visa application process. Our team assists with documentation, application requirements, and regulatory procedures, helping students begin their aviation journey with confidence and focus on achieving their goal of becoming professional airline pilots.
